One way to get involved is to have a work placement with C&T. There are only a limited number of placement slots for young people, and they are hugely over-subscribed, but placements with C&T are enormously rewarding.

We have a policy of prioritising students from schools with which we have established relationships. This allows us to build more effective and rewarding placements - you will be likely to already know us and have more realistic expectations of what the placement will be like.
